Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Korean company data API, the MCP server and this site. Creating an API key or calling the API means you accept them.
What you may do with the data
| Use it in your product | Query it, store the results, show them to your users, build on them. No per-seat limit and no attribution requirement |

| What you may not do | Resell or redistribute the dataset as a dataset — a bulk copy, a mirror, or a competing lookup service built from our responses. Using the data inside something you built is fine; republishing our corpus is not |
| Rate | Calls that spend credits are not rate limited. Calls that spend nothing are capped at 1,000 a day per key. Do not route other people's traffic through your key — that is what makes a key ours to revoke |
The underlying records are Korean public data. Our work is the collection, resolution and delivery. Where a source has its own licence we follow it — the address register is published free with no restriction on use.
Credits
| Prepaid | You buy credits, then spend them. Prices are on the pricing page and each endpoint states its cost before you call it |

| Free credits expire | The signup allowance is good for 14 days. Purchased credits do not expire. Spending draws from the free part first, so it is used before it can be lost |
| Nothing is charged for nothing | A lookup that finds no company, a search that matches no rows and any error response all cost 0 |
| Refunds | Write to support@notonlystock.com within 30 days of a purchase and say why. If the data was wrong or the service did not work, you get the money back, not a credit |
What we promise
| The data is what a government body recorded | As of the dates shown. We do not estimate, infer or score. Where a value could be read as more than it is, a companion field says what kind of value it is |

| Gaps are stated | Coverage numbers are published in the data guide and measured across the whole dataset, not a sample |
| A wrong record gets fixed | Tell us at support@notonlystock.com. If we can show the source says otherwise, we correct it |
What we do not promise
| No uptime guarantee | There is no SLA. This runs on Cloudflare's free tier and is operated by one person. Do not put it on a path where an outage hurts someone |

| v0 will change | Paths, parameters and field names can change without notice until v1. The API guide says so on every page |
| No assessment of any company | Nothing here is a credit opinion, a rating or a recommendation. Do not use it as one, and do not present it to your users as one |
| Liability | Limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for what you decided using the data |
Ending it
You can stop at any time; write to us to delete the account. We can suspend a key that is being used to redistribute the dataset or to route third-party traffic, and we will say why when we do. If we shut the service down we will give notice on the front page and refund unspent purchased credits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A change that affects what you may do with the data, what you pay, or what we owe you takes effect 14 days after it is posted here, and we will say so on the front page during that period. Continuing to use an API key after that date means the updated terms apply. A change that only clarifies existing wording takes effect when posted.
