This page asks the API right now, from your browser. It is not a dashboard someone updates by hand — a hand-updated page is green during the outage.

What it depends on

Cloudflare Workers & D1	Everything runs there. If it is down, this is down — their status page is the one that matters
Government address register	/addresses calls juso.go.kr live. The rest of the API does not depend on it
Polar	Buying credits. Spending them does not depend on it
Resend	Sign-in emails. An existing session is unaffected

What is not promised

There is no SLA and no on-call. This is operated by one person on Cloudflare's free tier. It has not gone down since it launched — that is what has happened so far, not something we are promising, and the terms say the same thing. Do not put it on a path where an outage hurts someone.
